Cititone IP Centrex – Managed Business Cloud Phones | Hosted PBX
With Cititone IP Centrex Managed Business Cloud Phone service, incoming calls are answered by the IP Centrex platform that routes calls to auto attendants, IVR (Interactive Voice Responses), ring groups, voicemails or IP extensions based on the dial plan logic configured in the IP Centrex dial plan.
Like Hosted PBX services, calls are answered at the central office by the IP Centrex platform so that no key system or IP PBX system is required at the customer premises.
Unlike Hosted PBX services, Cititone IP Centrex is not a shared service. IP Extensions connect directly to the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) through the Cititone Unified SIP platform on a private SIP channel, eliminating busy signals and call quality problems completely.
